Hydraulic pushers not folding and to repair are not subject.

Definition of a technical condition of hydropushers of valves (MN engines and 2G)

1. To start and warm up the engine. Let's to it work before turning on of the fan.
2. Within 2 minutes to support frequency of rotation about 2500 mines-1. If noise in a drive of valves is thus listened, to define a faulty pusher.
3. To define a faulty pusher, to uncover heads of the block and to turn a cranked shaft clockwise so that the cam of a cam-shaft of a checked pusher was directed up
4. To drown a pusher a wooden or plastic wedge and to measure by means of the indicator a free wheeling of a pusher which till opening of the valve should be no more than 0,1 mm. If the free wheeling is more, a pusher to replace.

After installation of the new hydropusher which previously filled with oil and has been pumped over to start the engine it is possible not earlier than through 30 mines to avoid blow of pistons on valves.

Noise in a drive of valves at start of the engine is normal as at the idle engine the part of oil flows down in a case. After filling of pushers with oil noise disappears.
