2.5. System of production of the fulfilled gases
System of production of the fulfilled gases
The system of release consists of a reception pipe of the 9th exhaust silencer, additional exhaust silencers 6 and 7 (at engines in working volume of 1,1 and 1,3 l one additional exhaust silencer 7) and the main exhaust silencer 2. The reception pipe of the 9th exhaust silencer joins at engines in volume of 1,6 and 1,8 l a final collector 12 spring brackets 10, and at l engines 1,1 and 1,3 two semicircular brackets which have been pulled together with two bolts. At engines with trubonadduvy the reception pipe of the exhaust silencer joins a turbokompressor. For reduction of vibration and tension in an exhaust system of engines in volume of 1,1 and 1,3 l the flexible element – сильфон is established. On the cars equipped with catalytic converter 14, shorter reception pipe of the exhaust silencer since converter should be established as is established it is possible closer to the engine, and one additional exhaust silencer. A lambda probe 15 for adjustment of optimum composition of the fulfilled gases it is established in a forward part of a final collector. On the cars equipped with converter or a diesel engine with a turbo-supercharging, the heatinsulating screen 16 is established. All knots of system of release are connected among themselves by collars 4 and 8 and suspended on rubber rings 1 and 3. |
