7. Forward drive7.1. Technical characteristics
The torque from the engine is transferred to wheels through semi-axes as a transmission with the main transfer are displaced concerning a car axis. Semi-axes have different length. Besides, the left (short) semi-axis is executed continuous, and right (long) – hollow. (CV JOINTS) join the main transfer and wheels of a semi-axis via hinges of equal angular speeds.
