GENERAL INFORMATION

Details of system of greasing of the engine

1–filter union;

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove a belt of a drive of a cam-shaft and a cogwheel of a cranked shaft (see subsection 2.2.1.7).
2. To remove an oil case (see subsection 2.2.1.10).
3. To unscrew bolts 3 (see fig. Details of system of greasing of the engine) and 5 and to remove the receiver 4 of the oil pump with laying 7 and a plate 6.
4. To unscrew bolts 10 and to remove the oil pump 8 with laying 11.
5. To unscrew screws of fastening of a cover of the pump and to uncover.
6. To take out a forward epiploon of the 9th crankshaft.
7. Details of the pump to clear of dirt and to wash out gasoline. If on a cover there are wear tracks, it is necessary to replace it. If on gear wheels teeths are worn-out or there are damages, to replace gear wheels. Gear wheels can be changed only in pair. To replace pokladka 7 and 11 and an epiploon 9.
8. To collect and establish the pump upside-down. Before a press fitting to grease an epiploon with engine oil.
9. On an external gear wheel of the pump the triangular label which should be directed to a pump cover is put.
10. To tighten bolts of fastening of the oil pump and the receiver the moment of 10 N · m (1,0 kgfs · м).
11. Before assembly of the pump to grease all details with engine oil.

Removal, check and installation of the oil pump of MN engines and 2G

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove a belt of a drive of a cam-shaft and a cogwheel of a cranked shaft (see subsection 2.2.1.7).
2. To remove an oil case (see subsection 2.2.1.10).
3. To unscrew bolts of fastening of a cover and to uncover 2 (see fig. Details of system of greasing of MH engines and 2G) and laying 3.
4. To unscrew a bolt of fastening of an arm 14 to the block of cylinders
5. To unscrew bolts of the 17th fastening of the oil pump.
6. To remove a chain 5 from a gear wheel of the 15th crankshaft and to remove the pump 6 with the receiver 7 and a chain 5.
7. To remove a chain 5 from a gear wheel of a drive of the oil pump.
8. To unscrew bolts of fastening of a cover of the pump and to uncover with the receiver 7.
9. To measure shchupy a gap between teeths of gear wheels, as is shown in drawing at the left. The gap at new gear wheels makes 0,05 mm, maximum permissible 0,2 mm. To measure shchupy a gap between a gear wheel and the pump case, it should be no more than 0,15 mm. To measure an axial gap of gear wheels, as is shown in drawing on the right. It should be no more than 0,15 mm.
10. From a cover of the pump to turn out the reduktsionny valve.
11. After dismantling to wash out all details of the pump gasoline.
12. To collect and establish the pump upside-down. To replace an epiploon of 1 crankshaft, previously having greased it with engine oil.
13. In a cover 2 the carving stopper is from the inside established. To examine it and if it is necessary, to replace.
14. Before assembly of the pump to grease all details with engine oil.
15. At installation of the pump to put on a chain 5 a gear wheel of the pump and a gear wheel of the 15th crankshaft. To wrap bolts of the 17th fastening of the pump and to tighten the moment of 20 N · m (2,0 kgfs · м). To check a tension of a chain 5, for this purpose it is necessary to stop a gear wheel of the pump and to press a finger a chain in the middle between gear wheels. The chain should cave in on 1,5–2,5 mm, otherwise it is necessary to weaken an inhaling of bolts 17 and to pull a chain, having moved the pump. To tighten bolts the 17th moment of 20 N · m (2,0 kgfs · м).
16. To replace laying 3.
17. To tighten bolts of fastening of a cover of a drive the moment of 10 N · m (1,0 kgfs · м).
18. After installation of the pump to check pressure in greasing system. For this purpose it is necessary to turn out the sensor of pressure of oil and on its place to wrap a manometer. Pressure in system at frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft of 2000 mines-1 should be the 20th bar.
