12.13.2.2. Dismantling and assembly of the distributor of ignition

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove the ignition distributor.
2. To unfasten springs 8 (see fig. The transistor system of ignition) and to uncover 25.
3. To remove a begunok 23.
4. To remove the antidust screen 22.
5. To note the provision of an anchor 28 concerning the distributor roller, to remove an anchor 28 and an adjusting pin.
6. To disconnect draft of the vacuum proof-reader from a plate of the sensor of the Hall, to unscrew screws and to remove the vacuum proof-reader 9.
7. To unscrew the screw 17 and to remove the sensor of the Hall 15 with a nest of the 16th block.
8. To unscrew screws and to remove a plate 13 with laying.
9. Coupling guard.
10. The bottom bolts of fastening of a case of coupling to the block of cylinders.
11. After dismantling to clear all details of a dust and dirt.
12. To examine a cover 25. If on it there are cracks or burned out contacts, to replace a cover.
13. To create depression in the vacuum proof-reader 9, draft of the vacuum proof-reader should move. If it does not occur, the diaphragm means is torn and the vacuum proof-reader it is necessary to replace.
14. To create depression in the vacuum proof-reader and to support his some time, draft should move and keep in this situation while depression remains. If it does not occur, means tightness of the vacuum proof-reader is broken and it is necessary to replace it.
15. Assemble the ignition distributor upside-down.
