Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove the distributor of ignition and the fuel pump.
2. To remove a belt of a drive of a cam-shaft (see subsection 2.2.2.1).
3. To unscrew a bolt 10 (see fig. Details of system of greasing of the engine), to remove cogwheel 8, to take out a shponka 11.
4. To unscrew two bolts and to remove a flange 12 and a sealing ring 13.
5. To take out an epiploon 7 of a flange 12.
6. To extend an intermediate shaft 14.
7. To establish an intermediate shaft upside-down. At installation to grease a new epiploon with engine oil and to press in a flange 12.
8. The lateral gap of a shaft should not exceed 0,25 mm.
9. To replace a sealing ring 13.
10. To tighten bolts of fastening of a flange of an intermediate shaft the moment of 25 N · m (2,5 kgfs · м).
11. To tighten a bolt of fastening of a cogwheel on intermediate to a shaft the moment of 80 N · m (8,0 kgfs · м).
