Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove the handle 1.
2. To remove a protective casing 2.
3. To remove an upholstery of the panel of a door (see subsection 11.16).
4. To unscrew a nut 3.
5. To remove a decorative casing 7.
6. To unscrew screws 9.
7. To remove a mirror 8 together with the mechanism of adjustment 5.

Installation of an external rear-view mirror make as it should be, the return to removal.

RELEASE MODELS AFTER 07.1987 G. (A MIRROR WITH MANUAL ADJUSTMENT)

With 08.1987 there were changes in a design of fastening of a mirror to a body and fastenings of a reflecting element in the case.

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. At dismantle of a reflecting element to paste slices of an insulating tape 1 on the case of 4 mirrors to protect the case. To hook reflecting element 3 a wooden shovel 2 from below, and then from above and to take out it from the case 4.
2. To establish reflecting element pins 2 (see fig. An external rear-view mirror with manual adjustment of release from 07.1987 g) in seats and accurately to press on the middle of a reflecting element 1 so that it rose into place.
3. Other actions on removal and installation of a mirror are similar to early release (see above).

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To turn a clamp 2 by means of a screw-driver 1 in the direction specified by an arrow. To take out reflecting element 3 of the case 4.
2. To turn off screws 1 (see fig. Mechanism of the electric drive of adjustment).
3. To remove the electric motor 2.
4. To disconnect wires 4.
5. To remove the switch from an upholstery of the panel of a door.
6. To disconnect a block.
7. To remove an upholstery of the panel of a door (see subsection 11.16).
8. To remove a protective film.
9. To weaken a collar of fastening of wires.
10. To separate contacts of wires
11. To unscrew screws of fastening of the case of a mirror to a door and to remove it.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation of an external rear-view mirror make as it should be. At installation to connect wires to the electric motor according to color.
2. To paste a protective film by means of a bilateral gluing tape.
3. To turn against the stop a clamp 2 in the direction specified by an arrow. To establish reflecting element 3 in the case 4. To turn a clamp 2 by means of a screw-driver 1 in the direction opposite to the direction arrows.
