Adjustment of the lock of a cowl

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove the buffer (see subsection 11.1).
2. To remove radiator facing (see subsection 11.4).
3. To turn off nine screws and to remove a decorative slip 1.
4. To unscrew bolts 4 and 12 (3 bolts).
5. To unhook a latch of fastening of a decorative lattice 3 to the front panel 10.
6. To remove a mudguard of the 5th facing of a radiator together with a decorative lattice 3.
7. To remove a rope 1 from the lever 2 locks of a cowl (3 – a spring).
8. To disconnect fixture of a cover of a rope on the front panel.
9. To disconnect blocks with wires from sockets of headlights and a sound signal.
10. To disconnect fixture of wires of a sound signal from the front panel.
11. To unscrew a bolt 11 (see fig. A radiator and the fan of system of cooling of engines in working volume of 1,1 and 1,3 l) or (see fig. Details of system of cooling of engines in working volume of 1,6 and 1,8 l).
12. To remove a demountable arm 14 (see fig. A radiator and the fan of system of cooling of engines in working volume of 1,1 and 1,3 l) or 15 (see fig. Details of system of cooling of engines in working volume of 1,6 and 1,8 l) radiator.
13. To unscrew a bolt 11 (see fig. A radiator and the fan of system of cooling of engines in working volume of 1,1 and 1,3 l) or 13 (see fig. Details of system of cooling of engines in working volume of 1,6 and 1,8 l) radiator fastenings.
14. To unscrew bolts 8 and 9 (on four from each party).
15. To remove the front panel 10 together with headlights and a sound signal.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish the front panel 10.
2. To twirl bolts 8 and 9 (on four from each party).
3. To twirl a bolt 11 (see fig. A radiator and the fan of system of cooling of engines in working volume of 1,1 and 1,3 l) or 13 (see fig. Details of system of cooling of engines in working volume of 1,6 and 1,8 l) radiator fastenings.
4. To establish a demountable arm respectively 14 (see fig. A radiator and the fan of system of cooling of engines in working volume of 1,1 and 1,3 l) or 15 (see fig. Details of system of cooling of engines in working volume of 1,6 and 1,8 l) radiator.
5. To twirl a bolt respectively 11 or 13.
6. To attach blocks with wires to sockets of headlights and a sound signal.
7. To put on a rope 1 the lever 2 locks of a cowl (3 – a spring).
8. To fix a rope cover on the front panel.
9. To fix wires of a sound signal on the front panel.
10. To establish a mudguard of the 5th facing of a radiator and to twirl bolts 4 and 12.
11. To establish a decorative lattice 3, having latched it in a groove on the front panel.
12. To establish a decorative slip 1 and to twirl nine screws 11
13. To establish the buffer (see subsection 11.1).
14. To close a cowl and to check, whether the lock is latched and whether there is a cowl flush with wings, and if necessary to adjust.
15. To establish radiator facing (see subsection 11.4). after adjustment.

Adjustment of the lock of a cowl and the provision of a cowl concerning wings

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Расконтрить a nut 3 (see fig. Adjustment of the lock of a cowl) and to adjust the adjusting screw 1 provision of a latch so that the cowl was densely closed.
2. To adjust, at discrepancy of surfaces of a cowl and wings, rubber shock-absorbers from both parties of an arm of the lock on the demanded height, then again to check operation of the lock of a cowl.
