Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To disconnect a block with wires of indexes of the turn, being at the right arm of the buffer.

2. To remove hoses of washers of headlights (if they were established).

3. To unscrew a fairing 1 and 2 (see fig. A buffer fairing (release models from 08.89 g)) from both parties of the car (on release models from 08.1989 g).

4. To unscrew bolts 2 and 3 (see fig. Fastening of an arm of the forward buffer) from both parties of fastening of arms of 4 buffers to longerons 1.

5. To remove the buffer 1 (see fig. Lateral directing the forward buffer), nominating him to itself from lateral directing 3.

6. If from the buffer arms act in film – previously to mark their mutual situation.

Prevention

From 8.89 g the design lateral directing (see fig. is changed. Lateral directing the forward buffer).

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To establish the buffer, having entered it in lateral directing 3.

2. To wrap bolts 2 and 3 (see fig. Fastening of an arm of the forward buffer) from both parties the moment of 82 N · m (8,2 kgfs · м).

Prevention

Bolts should twist only the same type that were established before dismantling.

3. To stretch a block with wires of indexes of turn through openings in an arm of the buffer and to attach it to the socket.

4. To establish hoses of washers of headlights (if are available).

5. To establish a fairing 1 and 2 (see fig. A buffer fairing (release models from 08.89 g)) from both parties of the car (on release models from 08.1989 g).
