Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove the buffer (see subsection 11.1).
2. To weaken bolts of a forward wheel.
3. To raise a forward part of the car and to establish on support.
4. To remove a wheel.
5. To remove локарь (see subsection 11.7).
6. To remove the aerial if it is established.
7. To remove rubber buffers of a cowl.
8. To unscrew screws of a decorative slip 1 (see fig. Front details) on a removed wing.
9. To unscrew bolts 2 with a six-sided head and screws 3 with crosswise shlitsa.
10. To clean off a sharp subject a corrosion-resistant coating in places of joining of a wing with a floor.
11. To remove a wing, shaking it and hooking a screw-driver.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To clear surfaces of joining of a wing with a body.
2. To establish a new sealing tape of a wing.
3. To punch openings in a sealing tape in places of fastening of bolts.
4. To establish a wing 4.
5. To twirl all bolts 2 and screws of 3 fastenings of a wing.
6. To put a corrosion-resistant coating on an internal part of a wing and in places of joints.
7. To establish rubber buffers of a cowl.
8. To establish the aerial if it is available.
9. To establish локарь (see subsection 11.7).
10. To twirl screws of fastening of a decorative slip 1 (see fig. Front details).
11. Наживить bolts of fastening of a wheel.
12. To lower the car on the earth.
13. To tighten bolts of fastening of a wheel the moment of 110 N · m.
14. To establish the buffer (see subsection 11.1).
