Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To execute subitem 1–7 subsections 10.9.2.
2. To unscrew the bottom bolt 29 (see fig. Back disk brake).
3. To remove the case 26 of the cylinder and to suspend it on a wire, watching that the case did not overhang down and did not overwind brake hoses.
4. To turn off two bolts 23.
5. To remove a support 16.
6. To remove a protective cap of 1 nave by means of a screw-driver.
7. To take out spring шплинт 2.
8. To remove a gear washer 3.
9. To turn off a nut 4.
10. To remove a washer 5.
11. To remove the external bearing 6 with an internal ring.
12. To remove a brake disk 7.
13. To take out from a brake disk the internal bearing together with a sealing ring and the plug 8.
14. Выпрессовать external rings of bearings from a brake disk.
15. To turn off bolts 9 and to remove a casing of the 10th brake together with a nave 11 (if necessary).

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To clear nests of bearings on a brake disk 7.
2. To press external rings of bearings in a brake disk in smaller internal diameter in.
3. To grease the internal bearing and to establish it on an internal ring in a brake disk.
4. To grease a sealing ring and to press it in a brake disk.
5. To establish the plug 8.
6. To fill space between bearings in a brake disk greasing.
7. To establish a brake disk 7 on an axis of a nave 11.
8. To grease the external bearing 6 and to establish it on an axis of a nave 11 against the stop in a brake disk 7.
9. To establish a washer 5, watching that its ledge got to a groove of an axis of a nave.
10. To twirl a nut the 4th moment of 20 N · m.
11. To turn on some turns a brake disk for self-installation of bearings.
12. To weaken a nut 4 and again to tighten it, rotating thus a brake disk that did not jam bearings.
13. Повращать brake disk. After the adjustment of bearings described in the previous points the disk should rotate freely and easily.
14. To establish a gear washer 3.
15. To establish spring шплинт 2.
16. To fill with greasing half a protective cap 1 and напрессовать it on a nave axis.
17. To establish a support 16 and to twirl bolts the 23rd moment of 65 N · m.
18. To establish brake shoes 1 and 2 (see fig. Installation of brake shoes), watching thus that press springs 3 were in the top situation and were parallel to a face surface of blocks.
19. To establish the cylinder case 26 on a support 16.
20. To fix a rope of the parking brake.
21. To pump over brake system.
