Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove a coupling pedal (see subsection 4.2.3).
2. To remove a lock ring of 3 fastenings of the vacuum amplifier.
3. To remove a finger of 1 fastening of the vacuum amplifier.
4. To disconnect a fork 2 pushers 22 vacuum amplifiers 21 from a pedal of 4 brakes.
5. To remove a lock ring 5.
6. To unhook a returnable spring 8.
7. To take out an axis 9 and to remove a pedal of 4 brakes, a returnable spring 8 and the plug 7.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation of a pedal of a brake make as it should be, the return to removal, taking into account the following.
2. To clear an axis 9 and the plug 7.
3. If the pedal dangles on an axis 9 or wear of an axis is visually visible, it is necessary to replace an axis. If after installation of a new axis 9 the pedal still dangles, it is necessary to replace the plug 7.
4. To grease an axis 9 and the plug 7 with universal greasing.
