GENERAL INFORMATION

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To put the car on the parking brake.
2. To enclose whetstones under back wheels.
3. To weaken bolts of fastening of wheels.
4. To raise a forward part of the car and to establish it on wheels.
5. To remove wheels.
6. To wash out brakes warm water and to dry.
Prevention

Application for cleaning of brakes of gasoline, diesel fuel or any other mineral solvents is inadmissible.

7. To unscrew on a half of turn a lock-nut of a tip of a brake hose on a support 1 (see fig. A brake of a forward wheel) and again to turn, without tightening, for simplification of further dismantle.
8. To remove a cap 10 from the valve 11 of production of air.
9. To turn on top 6 and the bottom 5th bolts of fastening of a support 1 to a rotary fist 16.
10. To remember an arrangement of plugs 4 and 7 and to take out them.
11. To remove a support 1, at first having pulled out its lower part.
12. To suspend a support on a wire to a body, watching that the support did not overhang down and did not overwind brake hoses.
13. To mark brake shoes 12 and 13 how they were established.
Prevention

Replacement of internal and external blocks among themselves, and also between the left and right wheel is inadmissible. It can lead to non-uniform braking.

14. To remove brake shoes 12 and 13 and clamps 14 and 15.
15. To clear of dirt and a rust a brake disk 19 (without touching its working surface).
16. To establish capacity under a support 1.
17. To unscrew tips of brake hoses from a support and to stop up an opening of brake hoses.
18. To turn out from a support 1 valve 11 of production of air.
19. To remove from the piston 23 a protective cap 22.
20. To take out the piston 23, having clamped flat-nose pliers a seat of a protective cap.
Prevention

If there will be difficulties at a piston vynimaniye from the cylinder, it is necessary to twist again the valve 11 of production of air and to establish brake hoses and pressing a brake pedal вытолкнуть the piston.

For removal of a cuff to use a wooden or plastic shovel. Application of metal subjects is undesirable, as it is possible to damage an internal surface of the cylinder.

21. To take out a cuff 24.
22. To wash out all details water with detergent and to dry.
23. To check working surfaces of the piston 23 and the cylinder.
Prevention

At existence on working surfaces of the piston and the cylinder of wear tracks, jammings and забоин to replace the piston and a support in a set.

Check of a condition of working surfaces of a brake disk

Prevention

Check of a condition of working surfaces of a brake disk is made without removal of a disk from the car.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To clear a brake disk 19 (see fig. Brake of a forward wheel).
2. To measure a micrometer thickness of a disk (value see in subsection 10.1).
Prevention

If the thickness of a disk of less admissible or depth рисок exceeds admissible size, it is necessary to replace a disk. At superficial risks the disk can be removed and прошлифовать, but taking into account that its final thickness was not less admissible.

3. To check palpation of working surfaces of a brake disk in relation to the plane of its rotation (value see in subsection 10.1).
Prevention

If palpation of a disk exceeds admissible, it is necessary to remove a disk and прошлифовать it, but taking into account that its final thickness was not less admissible. Otherwise to replace a disk.

Removal of a brake disk

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To turn off the screw 20.
2. To remove a brake disk 19.
3. To turn off bolts 21.
4. To remove a protective casing 18.

Installation of a brake disk

Installation of a brake disk make as it should be, the return to removal. Previously clear being interfaced surfaces of a nave of a wheel and a brake disk.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Prevention

Cuff 24 (see fig. A brake of a forward wheel) and a protective cap 22 of the piston 23 are subject to obligatory replacement.

1. To grease an internal surface of the cylinder with brake liquid.
2. To grease a new cuff with the 24th brake liquid and to insert into a cylinder nest.
3. To grease a new protective cap 22 with brake liquid and to put on the piston 23.
4. To insert the piston 23 into the cylinder effort of fingers, without applying any tool.
5. To screw the valve 11 of production of air.
6. To remove a cap from a brake hose and to establish a brake hose on a support 1, but without tightening a lock-nut of a tip of a hose.
7. To establish clamps 14 and 15.
8. To establish brake shoes 12 and 13 according to earlier made labels.
9. To establish a support on a rotary fist 16, since the top part, and then turning down.
10. To establish the top bolt 6 together with the plug 7.
11. To establish the bottom bolt 5 together with the plug 4.
12. To tighten bolts 5 and the 6th moment of 40 N · m.
13. To tighten a lock-nut of a tip of a brake hose, without allowing thus a perekruchivaniye of hoses.
14. To pump over brake system, beginning this operation with air removal from the established support.
