Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To execute subitem 1–4 subsections 10.9.1.
2. To remove a protective cap 1 (see fig. Back drum-type brake).
3. To remove шплинт 2.
4. To remove a lock gear washer 3.
5. To unscrew a nut 4.
6. To remove a washer 5 and the external bearing 6 with an internal ring.
7. To insert a screw-driver into an opening under bolts of the brake reel 7, to wring out against the stop up the lever 18 of a supply of blocks that brake shoes 14 departed, and to remove the brake reel 7.
8. To remove tarelchaty washers 10, having pressed them and having turned on 90 °, holding thus a pin 24 from a reverse side of a brake board 23.
9. To remove springs 11 and pins 24.
10. To mark an arrangement of springs and a rasporny level 16.
11. To disconnect the bottom fastening of brake shoes 14 by means of a screw-driver.
12. To remove the bottom coupling spring 13.
13. To disconnect a rope 1 (see fig. A rope of the parking brake) the parking brake from the razzhimny lever 2 of the parking brake.
14. To disconnect a spring 12 (see fig. Back drum-type brake).
15. To disconnect the top coupling spring 15.
16. To remove brake shoes.
17. To fix brake shoes for the bottom ends in a vice and to remove a rasporny level 16, the lever 18 of a supply of blocks and a spring 17.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To clear of dirt the brake reel 7 and a board 23.
2. To establish a spring 17 and a rasporny level 16 on the corresponding brake shoe.
3. To establish the lever 18 of a supply of blocks so that the ledge of the lever was directed towards a brake board 23.
4. To establish the second brake shoe.
5. To establish the top coupling spring 15.
6. To fix a rope 1 (see fig. A rope of the parking brake) the parking brake on the lever 2 of the parking brake.
7. To establish the top ends of brake shoes 14 (see fig. A back drum-type brake) in pistons of the wheel cylinder 19.
8. To establish the bottom coupling spring 13.
9. To establish the bottom ends of brake shoes on the bottom support.
10. To establish a spring 12.
11. To establish pins 24.
12. To establish springs 11 and tarelchaty washers 10, having pressed and having turned washers 10 flat-nose pliers on 90 °.
13. To establish the brake reel 7.
14. To press a brake pedal once.
15. To establish wheels and наживить bolts of fastening of wheels.
16. To lower the car on the earth and to tighten bolts of fastening of wheels on a diagonal the moment of 110 N · m.
Prevention

If on an internal part of a brake drum greasing is found, it is necessary to replace a bearing epiploon.

17. To pump over brake system.
18. To adjust a rope of the parking brake.
