GENERAL INFORMATION

Prevention

If the bearing of a nave understood, repeatedly to establish it it is impossible. The bearing is subject to obligatory replacement.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove a rotary fist (see subsection 9.1.3).

2. Выпрессовать from a rotary fist 27 (see fig. Forward suspension bracket) wheel nave.

3. To press an internal ring of the bearing from a nave.

4. To remove lock rings 29 and 34.

5. Выпрессовать an external ring of the bearing from a rotary fist 27.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To clear a bearing seat of old greasing and to put new universal greasing, thus the bearing not to grease.

2. To establish a lock ring 34 in a rotary fist 27.

3. To press the new bearing in a rotary fist 27, putting effort to an external ring of the bearing.

4. To establish a lock ring 29 in a rotary fist 27.

5. Напрессовать on a nave of the 35th wheel the bearing with a rotary fist, putting effort to an internal ring of the bearing.

6. To establish a rotary fist (see subsection 9.1.3).

7. To lift again a forward part of the car.

8. To check the bearing, having twisted a wheel which should rotate without jammings and big cross-section люфта.
