GENERAL INFORMATION

Adjustment of corners of installation of wheels is necessary for ensuring normal work of a forward suspension bracket. Violation of corners worsens controllability of the car, reduces its stability at movement, results in the increased wear of tires.

Adjustment of corners of installation of wheels is necessary for making at the stand.

Adjustment of a convergence of wheels make by means of the right adjustable draft 13 (see fig. Steering mechanism). For adjustment it is necessary to release a lock-nut 1 and, turn of draft 13 having adjusted a convergence, to tighten a lock-nut 1.

The corner of disorder of wheels can be adjusted installation of special bolts 18 (see fig. Forward suspension bracket).

Thus it is necessary for first to replace the top bolt and then to check a disorder corner. Replacement of bolts it is possible to change a corner of disorder of a wheel on 1 °.

The corner of a longitudinal inclination of an axis of turn of a wheel is not regulated.

Before check and adjustment of corners of installation of wheels it is necessary to finish to norm pressure in tires, the steering should be adjusted, gaps in steering drafts and a suspension bracket should be in admissible limits. The car should be completely filled and completed with a spare wheel.
