Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To establish the car on the parking brake.

2. To weaken bolts of fastening of wheels.

3. To raise a forward part of the car and to establish on support.

4. To remove wheels.

5. To remove the stabilizer of cross-section stability (if is available, see subsection 9.1.6).

6. To unscrew a bolt 28 (see fig. Forward suspension bracket).

7. To beat out in easy blow down on the lever the spherical hinge 21 of a rotary fist 27.

8. To unscrew a bolt 32.

9. To unscrew a bolt 16.

10. To take out the plug 14.

11. To remove the lever 15.

12. To clear the lever of dirt and to check on existence of deformation and cracks. If defects are found, it is necessary to replace the lever.

13. To check the spherical hinge 21. If it is damaged, it is necessary to replace it.

Prevention

If the spherical hinge has to be replaced, it is necessary to lead round its contour on the lever 15 for further installation of the new hinge. If the lever on new is replaced, the spherical hinge establish on the center of longitudinal openings under lever bolts.

14. To turn off bolts 22 (if it is necessary to remove the spherical hinge).

15. To remove a plate 17 with nuts.

16. To check plugs 14 and 31. If necessary to replace.

17. To remember position of the plug 31 and выпрессовать it from the lever 15 (in need of replacement).

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Installation of the lever of a forward suspension bracket make as it should be, the return to removal.

2. To press the plug 31 (if it replaced).

3. To tighten a bolt the 32nd moment of 130 N · m only after car installation on the earth, having rocked several times the car in vertical situation and having given a ride to it several times
forward and back.

4. To carry out adjustment of a convergence of wheels.
