Adjustment of level of fuel in the poplavkovy chamber

Verification of the provision of a float of the carburetor 32TLA

1–carburetor cover;

2–float;

3–main fuel jet;

And – the size from the plane of a cover of the carburetor to the bottom side of a float

Regulate fuel level the provision of a float. For verification of the provision of a float to uncover the carburetor and to establish it at an angle 45 ° to a horizontal. To measure the size "A". This size should be equal 28±1,0 to mm. If the measured size differs from specified, to turn in a float.

Adjustment of the accelerating pump

Adjustment of the accelerating pump

1–screw of adjustment of a priotkryvaniye of a butterfly valve;

2–lever of a drive of a butterfly valve;

3–nut;

4–screw-driver;

5–cam of a drive of the accelerating pump;

6–screw

For check and adjustment of productivity of the accelerating pump it is necessary to remove the carburetor from the engine.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To uncover 47 (see fig. Weber 32TLA carburetor details).
2. To unscrew three bolts and to remove a ring 46, a cover 45 automatic starting arrangements and warming element 44.
3. To delay an elastic band the lever 3 (fig. 3.21 Adjustment of frequency of rotation of start-up of the engine) so that the cam 2 left contact to the adjusting screw 1.
4. To uncover the carburetor, to fill with fuel the poplavkovy chamber and to establish a carburetor cover.
5. To put under the carburetor a measured beaker with a funnel.
6. Smoothly to turn a butterfly valve from an emphasis against the stop 10 times, spending for each course 1 with and maintaining then a pause in 3 with, putting these in action the accelerating pump.
7. To measure amount of fuel in a beaker and to divide on 10. The amount of fuel which submits the accelerating pump for one cycle will turn out. This value should equal 1,05±0,15 cm3.
8. If necessary to adjust productivity of the accelerating pump. For this purpose to tighten the screw 6. To remove a clamp and to weaken an inhaling of a nut 3. To release the screw 2 and a screw-driver to turn a cam 5. Turn of a cam 5 aside «+» increases productivity of the accelerating pump, and aside «-» — reduces. To tighten a nut 3 and to establish a clamp.

Adjustment of a priotkryvaniye of a butterfly valve

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove covers 47 (see fig. Weber 32TLA carburetor details), 45 and a warming element 44.
2. To delay an elastic band the lever 3 (fig. 3.21 Adjustment of frequency of rotation of start-up of the engine).
3. To remove from the adjusting screw 1 (see fig. Adjustment of the accelerating pump) protective cap.
4. To turn out the screw 1 that between it and the lever 2 there was a gap.
5. To wrap the screw 1 to a contact with the lever 2 and to wrap the screw 1 further on a turn quarter (90 °).
6. To establish on the screw a new protective cap.
7. To adjust frequency of rotation of idling.

Adjustment of frequency of rotation of start-up of the engine

Adjustment of frequency of rotation of start-up of the engine

1–screw of adjustment of frequency of rotation of start-up of the engine;

2–cam;

3–lever of the starting arrangement;

4–elastic band

Adjustment make on the heated-up engine every moment of ignition and at the adjusted frequency of rotation of idling in the following order:

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove the air filter and to disconnect a vacuum hose 24 (see fig. Air filter of engines in working volume of 1,1 and 1,3 l).
2. To connect to the engine a control tachometer.
3. To remove covers 47 (see fig. Weber 32TLA carburetor details), 45 and a warming element 44.
4. To establish the adjusting screw 1 on a ledge of a cam 2.
5. To delay the lever 3 an elastic band 4 that the air zaslonka was completely open.
6. To start the engine, without pressing an accelerator pedal.
7. On a tachometer to check frequency of rotation of the engine, it should be 2000±100 mines-1. If it is necessary, to adjust frequency of rotation of the engine the screw 1.

Adjustment of frequency of rotation of idling

Adjustment make on the heated-up engine with the adjusted gaps in the mechanism of a drive of valves and at correctly established moment of ignition at completely open air zaslonka in the following order:

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect everything consumers of energy (headlights, the fan, a radio tape recorder etc.).
2. To disconnect from the air filter a hose of ventilation of a case and to muffle it.
3. To connect a control tachometer and a gas analyzer.
4. The adjusting screw 15 (see fig. Weber 32TLA carburetor details) quantities of a mix to adjust frequency of rotation of the crankshaft of the engine within 800 ± 50 mines-1.
5. The adjusting screw of 1 quality (structure) of a mix to establish level of the maintenance of an oxide of carbon (WITH) in the fulfilled gases 2,0±0,5 of %.
6. To check and if necessary to restore frequency of rotation of idling. To check and if necessary to restore the contents WITH in the fulfilled gases.

Adjustment of a gap of an air zaslonka

1–cam;

2–screw of adjustment of frequency of rotation of start-up of the engine;

3–draft of a pneumodrive of an air zaslonka

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To uncover 47 (see fig. Weber 32TLA carburetor details), 45 and element 44.
2. The adjusting screw 2 to establish in the top ledge of a cam 1.
3. To move a screw-driver draft 3 in the arrow direction.
4. To measure a gap between an air zaslonka and a mouth wall, it should be 2, 5±0,2 mm. Thus to pay attention, that the spring 2 was not compressed. It is possible to measure a gap by a drill of 1 suitable diameter. If the gap differs from specified, to adjust it the screw 3.
