GENERAL INFORMATION

Guard of a case of coupling

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish the car over a viewing hole.
2. To disconnect a wire from the "minus" plug of the storage battery.
3. To merge oil from a transmission.
4. To disconnect a wire on "weight" from a transmission arm.
5. To disconnect a flexible shaft of a speedometer.
6. To disconnect a coupling rope.
7. To disconnect wires from the switch of light of a backing.
8. To remove a starter (see subsection 12.3.1).
9. To hook on the engine for loops for lifting by the crane or a waist as after a box detachment the engine will lean only on forward support. If there is no crane or a waist, it is possible to put a beam on flanges of wings, having enclosed under it rags not to damage a body, and to adhere a thick steel wire the engine for loops for lifting to a beam.
10. To disconnect drafts of gear shifting.
11. To remove a forward arm of a suspension bracket of a transmission.
12. To unscrew the top bolts of fastening of a case of coupling to the engine.
13. To turn off a fastening bolt a heater pipe to the engine block (only for type 020 box).
14. To disconnect semi-axes from flanges of semi-axes (see subsection 7.2).
15. To remove a guard 1 (see fig. Guard of a case of coupling) coupling case.
16. To unscrew two bolts and to remove a guard located behind the right flange of a semi-axis (for type 020 transmission – one bolt).
17. To disconnect a reception pipe of the exhaust silencer from a final collector (only for type 020 transmission).
18. To unscrew the remained bolts of fastening of a case of coupling to the engine.
19. To remove a back arm of a suspension bracket of a transmission.
20. To disconnect an engine mount arm (only for type 020 box); thus the engine will turn that will make possible transmission removal.
21. To remove a transmission from the engine so that the case of coupling descended from hairpins, and primary shaft left gearing with a conducted disk of coupling. If necessary to lower the engine.
22. To take out a transmission from under the car.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation of a transmission make as it should be, the return to removal, taking into account the following.
2. To grease shlitsa of primary shaft with a thin layer graphite greasing or Moly paste.
3. To twirl bolts of fastening of a case of coupling to the engine the moment of 45 N · m for М10 and 75 N · m for М12.
4. To establish a transmission with the engine so that their support stood without distortions, and to tighten bolts of support. Inhaling moments: a bolt of fastening of a forward arm to a support of 60 N · m, and to a transmission – 35 N · m, bolts of fastening of a back arm to a support and a transmission of 60 N · m, bolts of fastening of an arm of an engine mount to the block of the engine of 25 N · m.
5. To adjust a drive of coupling and the switch of transfers.
