3.1.6. Check of pressure of forcing of the fuel pump

GENERAL INFORMATION

Pressure of fuel on an exit of the fuel pump is not regulated. At pressure drop below norm it is necessary to replace the pump.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect from the pump 4 (cм. fig. Power supply system elements) hose 16.
2. To connect to the pump 4 a hose from a control manometer. To an exit from a manometer to connect a hose 16.
3. To start the engine and to check pressure on a control manometer. It should be for engines in working volume of 1,1 and 1,3 l of 0,35-0,4 kgfs/cm2, for engines in working volume of 1,6 and 1,8 l of 0,2-0,25 kgfs/cm2 at 4000 mines-1.
