3.1.1. Replacement of a filtering element of the air filter

GENERAL INFORMATION

Air filter of engines in working volume of 1,1 and 1,3 l

1–guard of a fence of warm air;
2–branch pipe;
3–hose of supply of warm air;
4–hose of supply of cold air;
5–guard of a fence of cold air;
6–temperature regulator;
7–drive of a zaslonka of a temperature regulator;
8–spring latch;
9–vacuum hose of a drive of a zaslonka of a temperature regulator;
10-rubber collar;
11-plate;
12-laying;

13-temperature regulator valve;
14-filter cover;
15-a filtering element;
16-filter case;
17-nut;
18-washer;
19-rasporny plug;
20-rubber plug;
21-remote plug;

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To unfasten clips 23 and to uncover 14.

2. To take out filtering element 15.

3. With a pure rag to stop up an opening in the carburetor. To wipe a damp rag a cover and the filter case from within. To take out a rag from an opening.

4. To insert a new filtering element.

5. To establish a cover 14 and to clasp clips 23.

1–hose of ventilation of a case;
2–collar;
3–spring clip;
4–filter cover;
5–remote plug;
6–hose of supply of warm air;
7–nut of fastening of an arm;
8–washer;
9–arm;
10-nut of forward fastening of the filter;

11-a hairpin with the rubber buffer;
12-hose of supply of cold air;
13-drive of a zaslonka of a temperature regulator;

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To unscrew a nut 10.

2. To unfasten clips 3 and to uncover 4.

3. To take out filtering element 18.

4. With a pure rag to stop up an opening in the carburetor. To wipe a damp rag a cover and the filter case from within. To take out a rag from an opening.

5. To insert a new filtering element.

6. To establish a cover 4 and to clasp clips 3.

7. To wrap a nut 10.
