Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To execute subitem 1–6 subsections 10.7.
2. To unscrew the bottom bolt 5 (see fig. A brake of a forward wheel of the Girling type) fastenings of the case 2 cylinders to a support 11.
3. To weaken the top bolt of the 9th fastening of the case 2 cylinders to a support 11.
4. To turn the case 2 cylinders up.
5. To remove brake shoes 21 and 22.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To clear brake shoes and their seats.
2. To check thickness of brake shoes together with slips (values see in subsection 10.1).
3. To check a brake disk (see subsection 10.7).
4. To check a protective cap of the piston. The damaged cap to replace.
5. To check fastening of a heatinsulating casing of 1 piston.
6. To establish brake shoes 21 and 22 in a support 11, watching that press springs stood vertically up and parallel to the upper edge of brake shoes.
7. To turn the cylinder case down and to establish it into place.
8. To twirl a bolt the 5th moment of 35 N · m.
9. To unscrew a bolt 9 and to replace the protective plug 7 of a directing core 8.
10. To twirl a bolt the 9th moment of 35 N · m, holding directing core 8.
11. To pump over brake system.
