Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect a wire from the "minus" plug of the storage battery.
2. To disconnect electricity cables (see fig. Details of a drive of brakes) from the sensor 14 of level of brake liquid being in a stopper of the 13th tank of the 15th brake liquid.
3. To clear of dirt the main cylinder 18, the vacuum amplifier 21 and the pipelines departing from the main cylinder of a brake.
4. To make some vigorous pressing a brake pedal for depression removal in the case of the vacuum amplifier.
5. To establish under the main brake cylinder pure capacity.
6. To disconnect blocks with wires of switches 9 (see fig. The main brake cylinder) a braking signal (if are available).
7. To unscrew switches 9 of a signal of braking (if are available).
8. To disconnect pipelines from the main brake cylinder 18 (see fig. Details of a drive of brakes).
9. To unscrew nuts of the 16th fastening of the main brake cylinder 18 to the vacuum amplifier 21.
10. To remove the main brake cylinder 18.
11. To uncover 1 (see fig. The main brake cylinder) a tank of the 3rd brake liquid and to merge brake liquid.
12. To arrange the main brake cylinder a tank down and, having pressed several times the piston 24 of the first chamber, to remove brake liquid from the main brake cylinder.
13. To remove a tank 3 from the main brake cylinder, using as the lever a wooden shovel.
14. To take from the case of the cylinder of the plug 4.

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To turn off a persistent bolt 5.
2. To remove a lock ring 18.
3. To take from the cylinder case 7 the piston 24 with cuffs 20, 22 and 26, washers 19, 21, 23 and the valve 25 effort of a hand for a piston 24 shaft.
4. To advance the piston in 14 blows from an end face of the case 7 of the cylinder about a pure board and to take out it with other details.

Assembly


Prevention

At each dismantling of the main brake cylinder to replace cuffs new, even if they by the form in a good condition.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To examine attentively and to be convinced of absolute purity of a mirror of the cylinder and a working surface of pistons, in lack of a rust, рисок and other roughnesses.
2. To wash out all details brake liquid.
3. To put on valves 13 and 25, cuffs 12, 15 and 16, 26 and washers 11 and 27 pistons 14 and 24 (an arrangement of working edges of cuffs see fig. Main brake cylinder).
4. To grease a cylinder mirror with brake liquid.
5. To establish springs 10 and 28 on pistons 14 and 24, and then on a spring the 28th plug 29 with the adjusting screw 17.
6. To grease cuffs with brake liquid and to insert pistons into the cylinder case 7.
7. To establish a persistent bolt 5 with laying 6, having pressed a piston 24 shaft.
8. To establish a persistent washer 23, external cuffs 22 and 20, having greased them with brake liquid, a prostavochny washer 21 between them, a persistent washer 19.
9. To establish a lock ring 18.
10. To establish plugs 4, having greased them with brake liquid.
11. To put on a tank of the 3rd brake liquid.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation of the main brake cylinder make as it should be, the return to removal, taking into account the following.
2. To replace with new laying 8.
3. To fill in in a tank brake liquid and to wait, when brake liquid will start to follow from openings of the main brake cylinder under pipelines. Only after that to establish pipelines.
4. To pump over brake system.
