Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove a transmission (see subsection 5.1).
2. To mark a relative positioning of a casing 2 press disks of coupling and a flywheel 9.
3. To block a flywheel 9.

Prevention

In avoidance of deformation of a casing bolts are necessary for turning off on a diagonal taking into account that for once each bolt can be turned off only on one turn.


4. To weaken bolts of the 11th fastening of a flywheel and evenly to turn off them.
5. To remove a flywheel 9 and a conducted disk 8.
6. To mark an arrangement of a lock spring 7 and a disk 6 of switching off of coupling that at assembly it is correct to establish them.
7. To pick up a screw-driver a lock spring 7 and to remove a disk 6 of switching off of coupling.
8. To unscrew bolts of the 14th fastening of a casing 2 press disks. Bolts are planted on carving glue and are very hardly turned off.
9. To remove a casing 2 press disks with a washer 5.

Assembly
Prevention

Before installation of a new casing of a press disk to remove anticorrosive greasing from a working surface of a press disk. In other places greasing not to delete.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To check a technical condition of coupling (see subsection 4.2.1).
2. To establish a casing 2 press disks with a washer 5 and to twirl new bolts 14 (having greased them with structure «Loktayl 270» or «Omnifit 150» type M) evenly on a diagonal the moment of 75 N · m for bolts without a fillet and the moment of 100 N · m for bolts with a fillet.
3. To establish a disk 6 of switching off of coupling with a lock spring 7, watching their correct arrangement.
4. To grease with lithium greasing a nest of a disk 6 of switching off of coupling for a pusher 10 and a tip of the pusher 10.
5. To grease shlitsa of a nave of a conducted disk 8 with a thin layer of Moly paste or graphite greasing.
6. To put on a conducted disk 8 on a shlitsa of primary shaft and accurately to move it.
7. To remove superfluous greasing, having removed a conducted disk 8 from primary shaft.
8. To establish a conducted disk 8 and a flywheel 9 according to pins and earlier made labels and to twirl by hand (without tightening) bolts 11.
9. To center a conducted disk 8 by means of an opravka (see Opravk's fig. for centering of a vvedomy disk of coupling (type 020 transmission)).
10. To tighten bolts 11 (see fig. Coupling (type 020 transmission)) evenly on a diagonal the moment of 20 N · m.
10. To establish a transmission (see subsection 5.1).
