Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove вискомуфту (see subsection 6.5).
2. To disconnect semi-axes from flanges of semi-axes and to suspend them on a wire (see subsection 7.2).
3. To unscrew bolts of fastening of differential from a stretcher of the back bridge.
4. To lower differential on 20 cm and to disconnect a hose from the vacuum chamber 36.
5. To remove differential.

Installation

Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To merge oil from a case of 33 differentials.
2. To turn off bolts 37, to turn the vacuum chamber on 90 ° and to remove it.
3. To remove a protective cap 18, a lock ring 17 and a washer 16 from a case 10 main transfers.
4. To remove a flange of 15 semi-axes.
5. To mark the mutual provision of a nut 12 with a ring and a case 10 main pairs.
6. To turn off screws 19 and to remove a lock plate 11.
7. To turn off a nut 12 with a ring.
8. To remove an opposite flange of a semi-axis.
9. To turn off bolts 34.
10. To separate a case of the 10th differential and a case 33 main pairs.
11. To remove a shaft 29 together with a conducted gear wheel 26.
12. To remove differential.

Assembly

Assembly is made as it should be, the return to removal.
