Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove a transfer case.
2. To mark the mutual provision of a target flange 2 and a case 7 transfer cases.
3. To turn off a nut 1.
4. To remove a target flange 2.
5. To remove a protective cap 37.
6. To remove a lock ring 36 and a washer 35.
7. To remove a flange of 34 semi-axes with a spring 33, a washer 32 and a rasporny ring 31.
8. To remove a target shaft 20 on the other hand.
9. To turn off bolts 30 and to remove a lock plate 29.
10. To turn off a nut 27 with a ring.
11. To turn off bolts 15.
12. To separate a case of a transfer case.
13. To remove a conducted gear wheel 12 and a leading gear wheel 22.

Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Assembly of a transfer case make as it should be, the return to dismantling. Before connection of halves of cases to grease their being interfaced surfaces with hermetic. To twirl bolts of the 15th fastening of cases the moment of 25 N · m.
