Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove differential (see subsection 6.6).
2. To clamp the case 15 (fig. Back differential) differential in a vice.
3. To remove a lock ring 9.
4. To unscrew bolts 1 and to remove a lock plate 2.
5. To remove a persistent plate 3.
6. To remove a gear wheel of a free wheeling assembled.
7. To remove washers 5.
8. To turn an internal ring of the 7th gear wheel of a free wheeling to the right and to take out it.
9. To take out a gear wheel 6 free wheeling from the case 4.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Installation of a gear wheel of a free wheeling make as it should be the return to removal. To establish an internal ring of the 7th gear wheel of a free wheeling turning it to the right. To establish a new lock ring 9.

Check of a gear wheel of a free wheeling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To raise the car.
2. To turn back wheels in the advance direction. Thus it should not be felt resistance.
3. To turn back wheels in the movement direction back. Thus through transmission forward wheels should be actuated.
4. To start the engine on 30 with for check of blocking of a gear wheel of a free wheeling.
5. To include ignition, transfer of a backing and to squeeze out a coupling pedal.
6. At a provorachivaniye of back wheels forward and back small resistance should be felt. Thus in both cases forward wheels should be actuated.
