Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish the car on the parking brake.
2. To weaken bolts of fastening of wheels.
3. To raise a forward part of the car and to establish on support.
4. To remove wheels.
5. To unscrew nuts 23 (see fig. A forward suspension bracket) from two parties of the stabilizer 5.
6. To establish a support under a beam 13.
7. To turn off bolts 12.
8. To weaken bolts 32 and to establish levers 15 in horizontal situation.
9. To take out the stabilizer 5 together with racks 8 and rubber pillows 6.
10. To remove racks 8 from the stabilizer 5.
11. To remove rubber pillows 6 from the stabilizer.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To examine the stabilizer. If it will bend, it is necessary to replace it.
2. To examine rubber pillows 6 and hinges 10 and 11. If they are worn-out or damaged, it is necessary to replace them.
3. Installation of the stabilizer of cross-section stability make as it should be, the return to removal.
4. To establish hinges 10 and 11 in small diameter to cups of 9 hinges, and cups of 9 hinges should be sent by a fillet to the opposite side.
5. To tighten a bolt the 32nd moment of 130 N · m only after car installation on the earth, having rocked several times the car in vertical situation and having given a ride to it several times forward and back.
