Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish the car on the parking brake.
2. To weaken bolts of fastening of wheels.
3. To raise a forward part of the car and to establish on support.
4. To remove wheels.
5. To disconnect a semi-axis (see subsection 7.2).
6. To disconnect from the lever of a forward suspension bracket the stabilizer of cross-section stability (if it is available, see subsection 9.1.6).
7. Выпрессовать the spherical hinge and to suspend steering draft on a wire (see subsection 8.2).
8. To remove a support (see fig. The forward suspension bracket) 41 brakes and to suspend it on a wire (see subsection 10.7 item 11-12).
9. To lead round a contour of an arm of the 19th fastening of a telescopic rack on a rotary fist 27 for exact positioning at further installation.
10. To turn off nuts 20 with fixed washers and to take out two bolts 18 with fixed washers.
11. To unscrew a bolt of the 28th fastening of the spherical hinge 21.
12. To remove a rotary fist 27.

Installation

Prevention

Everything самоконтрящиеся nuts to replace new.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish a rotary fist 27.
2. To twirl a bolt 28, thus its head it should be directed to a forward part of the car.
3. To establish an arm 19 on earlier made labels on a rotary fist 27 and to tighten nuts the 20th moment of 95 N · m (or the moment of 80 N · m for the nuts established till February, 1990).
4. To establish a support of 41 brakes (see subsection 10.7 item 9).
5. To put on steering draft a new collar 5 and an antisplash cover 6.
6. To twirl the internal spherical hinge 4 to a mark made earlier on a carving of a gear lath 8, or on distance and = 70,5 mm (see fig. Steering mechanism).
7. To establish the stabilizer of cross-section stability (if is available, see subsection 9.1.6).
8. To establish a semi-axis (see subsection 7.2).
9. To establish a wheel and to lower the car on the earth.
10. To tighten bolts of fastening of a wheel the moment of 110 N · m.
11. To check a convergence of wheels (see subsection 9.1.7).
