Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To merge liquid from hydraulic system.
2. To disconnect bringing hose 16 (see fig. The steering mechanism with the hydraulic booster) from the pump.
3. To weaken nuts 7 (fig. fig. Pump of hydraulic system) and 20 and bolt 17.
4. To turn off a little adjusting bolt 5, having turned thereby the pump, and to remove a wire belt 1.
5. To turn off nuts 7 and 20 and a bolt 17.
6. To take out a bolt 14, holding the pump.
7. To remove the pump 18 with a forward arm 8.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation of the pump of the hydraulic booster of a steering make as it should be, the return to removal.
2. To pull a driving belt.
3. To fill in liquid and to remove air from system (see subsection 8.11).

Adjustment of a tension of a driving belt of the pump of the hydraulic booster of a steering

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To weaken nuts 7 and 20 and a bolt 17
2. To rotate an adjusting bolt 5 until in pressing of a thumb it will be impossible to bend a driving belt more than on 10 mm. The effort is necessary for putting on a belt in the middle between a pulley of the pump and a pulley of the crankshaft of the engine.
3. To tighten a nut the 20th moment of 20 N · m.
4. To tighten a nut 7 and a bolt the 17th moment of 20 N · m.
