Removal

Prevention

The mechanism of a steering is not subject to repair and should be replaced at damage.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect a wire from the "minus" plug of the storage battery.
2. To enclose whetstones under back wheels.
3. To weaken bolts of fastening of wheels.
4. To raise a forward part of the car and to establish it on support.
5. To remove wheels.
6. To disconnect steering drafts 2 and 13 from the lever of a rotary fist.
7. To disconnect and shift up a gryazezazitny cover 23.
8. To unscrew a bolt 25.
9. To unscrew nuts of 19 arms 18.
10. To remove arms 18.
11. To take out the steering mechanism 11 through an opening in a casing of the left wing.
Prevention

If there will be problems with removal of the mechanism of management, it is necessary to disconnect a steering column and to lift it up that the kardanny hinge could be removed with шлицов a leading shaft of a gear lath.

Installation

Prevention

In total самоконтрящиеся nuts should be replaced with the new.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish the steering mechanism 11.
2. To establish a gear lath 8 so that its ends acted for identical length (car movement on a straight line).
3. To establish a steering wheel so that its spokes were in horizontal situation.
4. To establish the kardanny hinge on a shlitsa of a leading shaft of a gear lath and наживить a bolt 25.
5. Выровниять rubber pillows 17 and to establish arms 18 on bolts 9.
6. To put the clamps 19 evenly on a diagonal the moment of 30 N · m.
7. To connect steering drafts 2 and 13 to levers of rotary fists.
8. To tighten all nuts and bolts after car installation on the earth.
9. To establish into place an antisplash cover 23.
10. To adjust a convergence of wheels.
