Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To turn off a nut 22 (see fig. The mechanism of gear shifting of an automatic transmission) a clip of a rope and to disconnect a rope 25.
2. To turn off bolts of fastening of a slip 3.
3. To lift a slip 3 and to shift aside.
4. To remove a lock ring 9.
5. To disconnect a rope.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation of a rope of gear shifting make as it should be, the return to removal, taking into account the following.
2. To establish a new lock ring 9.
3. To adjust a rope to a tightening of a nut 22.

Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish the gear shifting lever 7 in the situation "P".
2. To establish the lever 19 to the limiter corresponding to the situation "P".
3. To tighten a nut 22.

Adjustment of ropes of a pedal of "gas" and butterfly valve for diesel engines

Prevention

Adjustment make at adjusted maximum and idling to frequency of rotation of the engine.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To start the engine and to warm up it to working temperature.
2. To establish the lever 7 (see fig. The mechanism of gear shifting of an automatic transmission) gear shiftings in the situation "P".
3. To tighten the parking brake.
4. To weaken a lock-nut 8 (see fig. The gear shifting lever) and an adjusting nut 1 on a rope of a pedal of "gas" and to disconnect a rope 6 from the lever 5.
5. To remove a safety clip 1 (see fig. A butterfly valve rope) with the loose leaf from the lever 2.
6. To adjust a rope course on distance and = 32±1 mm (see fig. Adjustment of a rope of a butterfly valve), moving in a longitudinal opening of the lever 2 a finger of 1 rope. Position I of the lever 2 corresponds to frequency of rotation of idling, and situation II – the maximum frequency of rotation.
7. To establish a safety clip 1 (see fig. A butterfly valve rope) with the loose leaf on the lever 2.
8. To shift a rubber cap 4.
9. To weaken nuts 5 and 6.
10. To establish the lever of gear shifting being on a transmission, in neutral situation.
11. To shift a cover of the 7th rope aside, specified by an arrow, but thus the spring of the 10th idling should not be compressed. To put the clamps 5 and 6.
12. To twirl a lock-nut 8.
13. To attach a rope 6 (see fig. The gear shifting lever) to the lever 5.
14. To squeeze out a "gas" pedal against the stop (it the assistant should make).
15. To rotate an adjusting nut 1 until the lever 4 will not rest against the limiter.
16. To twirl a lock-nut 8.

Adjustment check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish the lever 2 (see fig. Adjustment of a rope of a butterfly valve) in the provision of idling, having rested it against the limiter of 3 frequencies of rotation of idling. Thus the gear shifting lever on a transmission should be in neutral situation, and a spring 10 (see fig. A butterfly valve rope) it should not be compressed.
2. To squeeze out a "gas" pedal so that the lever 2 (see fig. Adjustment of a rope of a butterfly valve) rested against the limiter 4 of the maximum frequency of rotation, but a spring 9 (see fig. A butterfly valve rope) Kickdown systems it should not be compressed.
3. To squeeze out a "gas" pedal against the stop. Thus the gear shifting lever on a transmission should rest against the limiter, and the spring 9 should be compressed.
