Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect a wire from the "minus" plug of the storage battery.
2. To disconnect a speedometer drive.
3. To execute subsection 5.1 item 9.
4. To turn off two top bolts of fastening of a box to the engine.
5. To turn off a lateral arm of fastening of a transmission from a body.
6. To turn off from below the car of a nut of fastening of a back arm of a transmission and to remove an arm.
7. To disconnect semi-axes and to suspend them on a wire to a body.
8. To turn off three bolts of fastening of a starter and to remove a starter.
9. To turn off from below the car protective plates.
10. To turn off three bolts of fastening of hydrodynamic transfer.
11. To establish the gear shifting lever in the situation "P".
12. To disconnect a rope of the lever of gear shifting.
13. To turn off bolts of fastening of an arm and to remove it.
14. To disconnect ropes of a pedal of "gas" and a butterfly valve, without changing their situation.
15. To turn off a lateral arm from a transmission and to remove it.
16. To turn off three bolts of fastening of the bottom support of the transmission located about the engine, and to remove a support.
17. To turn off the bottom bolts of fastening of a transmission to the engine.
18. To hook on a transmission by means of a waist.
19. To raise it is a little and to reject semi-axis.
20. To disconnect a transmission from the engine, having removed it from adjusting pins.
21. To lower accurately a transmission, holding thus hydrodynamic transfer.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation of a transmission make as it should be, the return to removal, taking into account the following.
2. The transmission and the lever of gear shifting should be established in the situation "P".
3. To wrap bolts of fastening of a semi-axis the moment of 45 N · m.
4. To twirl bolts of fastening of hydrodynamic transfer the moment of 30 N · m.
5. To twirl bolts of fastening of a transmission to the engine the moment of 55 N · m.
