Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To establish a special plate 1 with a support 3, a rack 4 and the indicator 5. 2. To establish a leg of the 6th indicator on an end face of a rod of the 7th fork of inclusion of a backing and to provide preliminary loading of the indicator of 1 mm. 3. To measure axial moving of a rod by the 7th indicator, having given to a rod 7 the corresponding moving. 4. To divide into two taken readings of axial moving and to establish a rod 7 in this average situation, having fixed it the screw 2. 5. To move the lever 10 in the backing direction by means of the lever and to establish adjusting ползун with a finger 8. 6. To take readings of the indicator, moving a finger 8 ползуна against the stop. 7. To establish a finger 8 ползуна on the average situation proceeding from the removed indications and to fix the screw 9. 8. To remove the indicator 5 with a support 3 and a rack 4. 9. To weaken a bolt 12 so that the connecting plug 13 freely moved on the internal lever 14 of gear shifting. 10. To establish the internal lever 14 in average situation. 11. To establish on a coupling case adjusting pins. 12. To remove from a transmission case a special plate 1 and to establish it on a coupling case, having overturned on 180 °, thus the finger 8 ползуна should get to the connecting plug 13. If necessary to correct the connecting plug a screw-driver. 13. To fix the connecting plug 13 a bolt 12.
