Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove a lock ring 6 and an adjusting washer 7.
2. To remove a gear wheel 8 1st transfers and the needle bearing 9.
3. To remove blocking ring of the 10th synchronizer.
4. To remove a lock ring 11.
5. To press a gear wheel 14 2nd transfers together with the synchronizer 12 and a blocking ring 13.
6. To remove the needle bearing 15.
7. To press a gear wheel 16 3rd transfers.
8. To press a gear wheel 17 4th transfers.

Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To check a gap between a gear wheel 8 1st transfers and a blocking ring 10 and between a gear wheel 14 2nd transfers and a blocking ring 13 (see subsection 5.2.2.1).
2. Напрессовать a gear wheel 17 4th transfers 120 ° the ledge of a gear wheel should be directed to S.Pri etom on a shaft 2, previously its heating to temperature towards the 3rd transfer.
3. Напрессовать a gear wheel 16 3rd transfers 120 ° the ledge of a gear wheel should be directed to S.Pri etom on a shaft 2, previously its heating to temperature towards the 4th transfer.

Prevention

At a napressovka of gear wheels of the 3rd and 4th transfers to remove from seats of a shaft and gear wheels all greasing.


4. To grease the needle bearing 15 and to establish it on a shaft 2.
5. To establish a gear wheel 14 2nd transfers.
6. To establish blocking ring of the 13th synchronizer.
7. Напрессовать the synchronizer 12 so that the groove under a gear shifting fork on the sliding coupling was from a gear wheel of the 1st transfer, and crackers of the synchronizer got to grooves of a blocking ring.
8. To establish a new lock ring 11.
9. To establish blocking ring 10, watching that crackers of the synchronizer got to grooves of a blocking ring.
10. To grease the needle bearing 9 and to establish it on a shaft 2.
11. To establish a gear wheel 8 1st transfers.
12. To establish a washer 7 and a new lock ring 6.
