Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Adjustable drive
1. To disconnect a rope of a drive of coupling (see subsection 4.3.2).
2. To remove a lock ring 31 from a shaft of a pedal of 24 couplings (see fig. Drive of switching off of coupling (type 020 transmission).
3. To remove a pedal of 24 couplings.
4. To beat out if necessary the plug 25.
5. To check wear of a shaft of a pedal of coupling and the plug, if necessary – to replace.
Self-regulating drive
6. To disconnect a rope of a drive of coupling (see subsection 4.3.2).
7. To disconnect a steering column (see subsection 8.5) and to remove it to the left side.
8. To stretch a spring 26 and the special adaptation to remove it.
9. To remove a lock ring 31.
10. To disconnect a spring 21 from a gear segment 22.
11. To remove from a shaft the 19th pedal of 23 couplings, a gear segment 22 and a spring 21.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation of a pedal of coupling make as it should be, the return to removal, taking into account the following.
Adjustable drive
2. The plug 25 is driven in into a tube of a pedal of 24 couplings aflush.
3. To grease a shaft with the 19th universal greasing.
4. To adjust a coupling drive (see subsection 4.3.4).
Self-regulating drive
5. To grease an axis 16 and the plug 30 with universal greasing.
6. To adjust a coupling drive, having pressed several times a coupling pedal.
