2.5.2. Replacement lambda probe

GENERAL INFORMATION

At replacement a lambda probe it is necessary to establish the same probe what stood on the car.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect an electric wire from a probe.
2. To turn out a lambda probe 15 (see fig. System of production of the fulfilled gases) from a final collector 12.
3. To grease with special VAG G5 greasing a carving new a lambda probe. To watch, that greasing did not get to probe openings. Not to touch hands a working part of a probe, to protect it from pollution.
4. To screw new a lambda probe in a final collector and to tighten the moment of 50 N · m (5,0 kgfs · м).
