2.2.3.4. Check and repair of a head of the block and its details

GENERAL INFORMATION

Check and repair of a head of the block and its details are similar to check and repair at engines in working volume of 1,1 and 1,3 l (see subsection 2.2.1.3).

Distinguishing data are provided below.

Height of a head of the block do not measure.

The lateral gap between inlet and final valves and the directing plug is equal 1,3 mm.

Sizes of a saddle of the valve

A–diameter of an opening in a block head under a saddle;

B–external diameter of a saddle of the valve;

C–width of a working facet of a saddle;

D–distance from a surface of a plate of the valve to the plane of a head of the block

Inlet valve
Final valve
and max = 33,2 mm
and max = 35,2 mm
b= 30,4 mm
b= 32,8 mm
with = 2,4 mm
with = 2,0 mm
d max = 1,5 mm
d max = 1,5 mm

Sizes of valves

and – diameter of a plate of the valve;

b–diameter of a core;

with – length of the valve

Inlet valve
Final valve
and = 34,0 mm
and = 31,0 mm
b= 7,97 mm
b= 7,95 mm
with = 104,8 mm
with = 104,6 mm
with (the engine with hydropushers of valves) = 95,0 mm
with (the engine with hydropushers of valves) = 95,0 mm

Springs of valves with hydropushers shorter and elastic, are marked by blue paint sideways.

The engine cam-shaft with hydropushers of valves is marked by gray paint.

The admissible palpation of a cam-shaft measured on an average neck, – 0,01 mm.

The maximum admissible gap of a shaft at the established covers of bearings No. 1 and 5 – 0,15 mm.

Diameter of necks of a cam-shaft of 26 mm, the maximum admissible wear of necks – 0,25 mm.
