PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove the fuel pump together with laying.
2. To unscrew a bolt 17 (see fig. Camshaft and valves).
3. To remove a cogwheel 14, to take out from dredging on a cam-shaft a shponka 13.
4. To unscrew bolts 20 (see fig. The ignition distributor) and to remove the ignition distributor. To remove a washer 13, a spring 14 and a sealing ring 15.
5. To unscrew bolts 18 and to remove a plate 16 and laying 17.
6. Most to turn out bolts 9 (see fig. A camshaft and valves) and to remove from them springs 11 and levers 10, previously having marked them to establish at assembly on the place.
7. To remove an oil pipeline.
8. Accurately, not to injure necks and cams, to take out a camshaft towards fastening of the distributor of ignition.
9. If it is necessary, to take out an epiploon 3 (see fig. Head of the block of cylinders).
10. The special adaptation to compress a spring of the 6th valve (see fig. A camshaft and valves) and to take out crackers 8.
11. Weakening pressing the adaptation lever, to release a valve spring. To remove the adaptation. To remove a plate 7 and to take out a spring 6.
12. To remove a maslosjemny cap 5 and a basic washer 4, having enclosed previously something in the combustion chamber to prevent valve loss.
13. To take out the valve from the chamber of combustion and to mark it that at assembly to establish on the same place. In this way to take out and other valves.

Numbers of covers of bearings of MH engines and 2G

And – a ledge of a cover of the bearing, directed to an inlet pipe;

In – number of the bearing which has been beaten out on a cover

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove the fuel pump with laying.
2. To remove the distributor of ignition and a cam-shaft cogwheel as it is described in the previous paragraph.
3. To unscrew nuts and to remove covers No. 5, 1 and 3 of bearings of a cam-shaft.
4. To weaken and evenly, on a diagonal, to unscrew nuts of covers No. 2 and 4 of bearings. To remove covers.
5. To take out a camshaft and to remove an epiploon.
6. To take out hydropushers of valves, previously having marked them in order that at assembly to establish on the place.
7. To remove valves as it is described above in subitem 10-13.
