Installation of the lever of the electric motor of a screen wiper of a windscreen

1–lever;

2–arm

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect a wire from the "minus" plug of the storage battery.
2. To remove both levers 14 of a screen wiper (see fig. A windscreen screen wiper) (see subsection 12.8.1).
3. To remove a protective casing of the mechanism of a screen wiper.
4. To unscrew nuts 10 on both rollers.
5. To disconnect wires from the electric motor 4 screen wipers.
6. To unscrew a bolt 6 and to take out an arm 1 together with the electric motor, rollers and drafts.
7. To remove drafts 9.
8. To unscrew a nut 17 from an electric motor shaft.
9. To remove the electric motor lever 18.
10. To turn off three bolts 16.
11. To remove the electric motor 4.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish the electric motor 4 on an arm 1 and to twirl bolts 16.
2. To establish the lever 18 in the situation shown on fig. Installation of the lever of the electric motor of a screen wiper of a windscreen and to twirl a nut 17 (see fig. Windscreen screen wiper). To twirl a bolt 6 with a washer, but not to tighten strongly.
3. To establish drafts 9.
4. To insert into an opening of an arm 1 rubber plug 5.
5. To establish on rollers a washer 7.
6. To establish an arm 1 assembled on a body, having got thus rollers in the rasporny plug 8 established in the rubber plug 5.
7. To wrap nuts the 10th moment of 7 N of m.
8. To attach wires to the electric motor 4.
9. To establish screen wiper levers 14 (see subsection 12.8.1).
10. To attach a wire to the "minus" plug of the storage battery.
11. To check screen wiper work.
