PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Assembly of a starter carry out upside-down taking into account the following.

2. If a rotor 26 took out from a cover 10, to establish on a rotor shaft a drive assembled, then to insert a rotor with a drive into a cover, to put on a rotor shaft a protective ring 1 (see fig. Rotor removal) and to establish a spring ring 2 in a shaft pro-point.

3. Having rested a ring 1 against a plate on a table of a press and, putting effort of a press to a rotor shaft, напрессовать a ring 1 on a spring ring 2.

4. The axial gap of a shaft of a rotor should be 0,1–0,3 mm. The axial gap by adjusting washers 6 (see fig. is regulated. Starter details).

5. After assembly it is recommended to cover with D3 hermetic sockets between the case and starter covers, between the traction relay and a starter cover, between a cover of the bearing and a starter cover, and also heads of coupling bolts, heads of bolts of fastening of the traction relay, a head of bolts of fastening of a cover of the bearing.
