Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect a wire from the "minus" plug of the storage battery.
2. To disconnect high-voltage wires from a cover 1 (see fig. Ignition distributor) distributor.
3. To disconnect a vacuum hose from the vacuum proof-reader 19.
4. To disconnect a wire from the plug of a low voltage sideways the distributor.
5. To uncover 1 distributor, having removed previously the screen 21.
6. To establish the piston of the first cylinder in VMT (see subsection 2.2.1 item 5 for engines in volume of 1,1 and 1,3 l or subsection 2.2.2 item 9 for engines in volume of 1,6 l). Thus the begunok should stop opposite to a label (dredging on the case) the distributor, as is shown in drawing.
7. To unscrew bolts 20 (see fig. The ignition distributor) (at the engine in volume of 1,6 l to turn out a bolt of fastening of the holder of the distributor) and to take out the ignition distributor.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish the ignition distributor upside-down. At installation the crankshaft should be in the family way, at which the piston of the first cylinder is in VMT.
2. To turn a begunok that it was located opposite to a label on the distributor case.
3. At the engine in working volume of 1,6 l to turn the roller of a drive of the oil pump so that the ledge on the roller was located parallel to a cranked shaft of the engine.
4. If after distributor installation the begunok is located not against a label on the case, to turn the distributor and only after that to tighten bolts of fastening of the distributor.
5. After installation of the distributor to adjust a corner of an advancing of ignition.
