GENERAL INFORMATION

Mechanism of management of a heater
1–handle of the switch of the electric motor;
2–washer;
3–heater panel;
4–screw;
5–arm;
6–draft of a zaslonka of a radiator; 		7–draft of a zaslonka of the bottom air stream;
8–draft of a zaslonka of an air stream of the deflector;
9–clip;
10-lever;
11-ползун;
12-lever handle

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove the handle of 1 switch of the electric motor.
2. To remove handles of 12 levers.
3. To pick up the panel 3 heaters in places of latches and to remove the heater panel.
4. To disconnect wires from the electric motor switch.
5. To turn off screws 4.
6. To remove the dashboard.
7. To mark a color insulating tape of draft 6, 7 and 8 zaslonok.
8. To disconnect from clips the 9th cover of drafts a zaslonok.
9. To disconnect drafts a zaslonok from levers.
10. To remove an arm of the 5th mechanism of management of a heater.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish an arm of the 5th mechanism of management of a heater.
2. To connect drafts 6, 7 and 8 zaslonok to levers 10 according to the marking made earlier.
3. To fix covers of drafts a zaslonok in clips 9 so that the ends of a cover acted from clips on 5 mm.
4. To twirl screws of 4 fastenings of an arm to the dashboard.
5. To establish the dashboard.
6. To connect wires to the electric motor switch.
7. To establish and latch the panel 3 heaters.
8. To establish handles of 12 levers.
9. To establish the handle of 1 switch of the electric motor.
