GENERAL INFORMATION

Beam of a back suspension bracket

1–nave;

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove a back brake with a nave.
2. To establish longitudinal levers of a beam on support.
3. To lift and establish on support a back part of the car.
4. To raise slightly longitudinal lever of a beam around wheel fastening, watching that the car did not fly from support.
5. To turn off a bolt 2 (see fig. The bottom fastening of the shock-absorber), holding its nut with a key.
6. To lower the longitudinal lever of a beam as it is possible below and to remove the shock-absorber.
7. To remove a pressure regulator (see subsection 10.6) if it is established.
8. To disconnect ropes of the parking brake (see subsection 10.12).
9. To establish support under a beam 11 (see fig. Beam of a back suspension bracket) back suspension bracket.
10. To unscrew bolts 10.
11. To remove a beam of a back suspension bracket.
12. Выпрессовать plugs 6 from a beam arm.
Prevention

If there will be a need of removal of an arm 9 from a body, it is necessary to lead round at first its contour on a body for further exact installation of an arm.


Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation of a beam of a back suspension bracket make as it should be, the return to removal.
2. Arms 9 should be established at an angle about 12 ° to a beam of a back suspension bracket.
3. The right arm 9 establish on the center of longitudinal openings.
4. The left arm 9 establish so that to have the minimum gap in a place shown by an arrow in drawing.
5. The plug 1 is pressed in the situation specified in drawing.
6. The cylindrical end of the plug 6 (see fig. A beam of a back suspension bracket) should act from an arm on 8 mm.
7. Heads of bolts 10 should be directed to the car center.
