Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To remove an upholstery in the luggage compartment, closing access to the top fastening of the shock-absorber. |
2. To remove a protective cap 1 (see fig. The top fastening of the shock-absorber) from the top fastening of the shock-absorber from a luggage compartment. |
3. To unscrew a nut 1 (see fig. The back shock-absorber), holding a shock-absorber rod. |
4. To remove the top holder of 2 pillows. |
5. To remove the top pillow of 3 fastenings. |
6. To remove the bottom holder of 4 pillows. |
7. To enclose under forward wheels whetstones. |
8. To weaken bolts of fastening of wheels. |
9. To lift and establish on support a back part of the car. |
10. To raise slightly longitudinal lever of a beam around wheel fastening, watching that the car did not fly from support. |
11. To turn off a bolt 2 (see fig. The bottom fastening of the shock-absorber), holding its nut with a key. |
12. To lower the longitudinal lever of a beam as it is possible below and to remove the shock-absorber. |

Dismantling
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To remove the bottom pillow 5 (see fig. Back shock-absorber) shock-absorber fastenings. |
2. To compress a spring the 18th special adaptation. |
3. To unscrew a nut 6 (see fig. Back shock-absorber). |
4. To remove the plug 7, the top cup of the 8th spring, a holder of the 10th spring and a washer 9. |
5. To remove the buffer of compression 11. |
6. To remove a spring 18. |
7. To remove the protective plug 12, a protective washer 13, a lock ring 17, a washer 16 and the bottom cup of the 15th spring. |

Shock-absorber check
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To establish the shock-absorber vertically. |
2. To stretch the shock-absorber and to compress again. The shock-absorber piston on all extent of a course should move with identical resistance, without jammings. |
3. To find malfunction of the shock-absorber it is possible on knock during movement on the rough road. |
4. To replace the faulty shock-absorber. If the considerable effluence of amortizatorny liquid is noticed, it is also necessary to replace such shock-absorber. |

Assembly
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Assembly of the shock-absorber of a back suspension bracket make as it should be, the return to dismantling. |
2. To be convinced that the ends of a spring 18 (see fig. The back shock-absorber) laid down in the nests correctly. |
3. To tighten a nut the 6th moment of 15 N · m. |

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Installation of the shock-absorber of a back suspension bracket make as it should be, the return to removal. |
2. To establish a bolt 2 (see fig. The bottom fastening of the shock-absorber), having raised slightly a jack the longitudinal lever of a beam. |
3. To tighten a bolt the 2nd moment of 15 N · m only after lowering of wheels of the car on the earth. |
4. To twirl a nut 1 (see fig. Back shock-absorber) moment of 15 N · m. |
