Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish the car over a viewing ditch.
2. To turn off the handle of 1 lever of gear shifting.
3. To remove a cover 11.
4. To unscrew the screw 14.
5. To remove a reception pipe of the exhaust silencer.
6. To remove a plate 32.
7. To weaken a bolt of 31 collars, previously having marked the provision of a collar 29 on a shaft of the 15th mechanism of gear shifting.
8. To unscrew bolts of the 18th fastening of an arm of a bar of gear shifting and to remove an arm 17.
9. To unscrew fastenings of the case 12 of the mechanism of gear shifting.
10. To shift the case of the mechanism of gear shifting forward, to press down and to remove.
11. To unscrew nuts 4 fixing plates 5.
12. To take out a gear shifting bar from the case.

Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To grease working surfaces of details with molybdenic greasing.
2. To establish a shaft of the 15th mechanism of gear shifting in the case 12.
3. To twirl new nuts the 4th moment of 10 N · m.
4. To establish the case 12, having shifted it back, and to twirl bolts.
5. To establish an arm 17 on a shaft of the mechanism of gear shifting and to twirl bolts 18.
6. To establish on a shaft the 15th collar 29, without tightening a bolt 31.
7. To establish a plate 32.
8. To establish a reception pipe of the exhaust silencer.
9. To twirl the screw 14.
10. To adjust the gear shifting mechanism (see subsection 5.4.4.1).
11. To tighten a bolt 31.
12. To establish a cover 11.
13. To twirl the handle 1.
