Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish an adjusting washer 1 (see fig. Adjustment of an axial gap of a secondary shaft) thickness of 0,65 mm.
2. To press an external ring of the roller conic bearing 2.
3. To establish a secondary shaft 5.
4. To establish a plate 4 and to fasten bolts the 11th moment of 40 N · m.
5. To establish a support 10 with a bar 9 and the indicator 8.
6. To enclose under a leg of the 7th indicator the ground plate 6.
7. To move a secondary shaft up and down to an emphasis and to take readings of the indicator, having determined by that an axial gap. At measurements it is impossible to turn a secondary shaft.
8. To calculate the demanded thickness of an adjusting washer on a formula: S0 = 0,65 + Sn + 0,20, where S0 – the demanded thickness of an adjusting washer, Sn – the measured size of an axial gap.
9. To pick up an adjusting washer of the demanded thickness proceeding from sets delivered in the spare part. Existing standard sizes: from 0,65 mm to 1,4 mm through each 0,05 mm.
