Installation of the sliding coupling of the synchronizer on a nave
|
And – dredging on shlitsa of the sliding coupling;
In – a groove for crackers on a nave |
Dismantling
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To mark a relative positioning of a nave 20 (see fig. A secondary shaft) and the sliding coupling 21 for further assembly. |
2. To remove from a nave 20 sliding coupling 21. |
3. To remove springs 18 and crackers 19. |
|
Assembly
Prevention
Nave of the synchronizer and the sliding coupling replace only in a set.
At installation of new blocking rings of the synchronizer it is recommended to replace crackers and springs. At old worn-out crackers gaps between them and grooves in blocking rings will be too great.
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To put on the sliding coupling 21 a nave according to earlier made labels. Thus the biggest dredging And (see fig. Installation of the sliding coupling of the synchronizer on a nave) on internal shlitsa of the sliding coupling should coincide with grooves In crackers in a nave. |
2. To establish crackers 19 (see fig. Secondary shaft). |
|
3. To establish springs 18, inserting the spring ends into crackers from the opposite sides of the synchronizer. Thus the ends of both springs should make among themselves a corner 120 °. |
