Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove a lock ring 7.
2. To remove a gear wheel 8 4th transfers and the needle bearing 9.
3. To remove blocking ring of the 10th synchronizer.
4. To remove a washer 11 and a lock ring 12.
5. To press a gear wheel 15 3rd transfers together with the synchronizer 13 and a blocking ring 14.
6. To remove the needle bearing 16.

Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To check a gap between a gear wheel 15 3rd transfers and a blocking ring 14 and between a gear wheel 8 4th transfers and a blocking ring 10. For this purpose to insert blocking ring into a cone of the corresponding gear wheel and shchupy to measure distance between them (see fig. Gap measurement between a gear wheel and a blocking ring). The gap "and" should be equal 1,1–1,7 mm, a maximum permissible gap – 0,5 mm.
2. To grease the needle bearing 16 (see fig. Primary shaft) and to establish it on a shaft 4.
3. To establish a gear wheel 15 3rd transfers.
4. To establish blocking ring of the 14th synchronizer.
5. Напрессовать the synchronizer 13 so that the groove on a nave of the synchronizer was directed towards a gear wheel of the 4th transfer, and crackers of the synchronizer got to grooves of a blocking ring.
6. To establish a lock ring 12 and a washer 11.
7. To establish blocking ring 10, watching that crackers of the synchronizer got to grooves of a blocking ring.
8. To grease the needle bearing 9 and to establish it on a shaft 4.
9. To establish a gear wheel 8 4th transfers.
10. To establish a lock ring.
