3.3.3. Fuel pump of a high pressure

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish the piston of the first cylinder in situation VMT and to remove a belt of a drive of a cam-shaft (see subitem 4–10 subsections 2.2.3).
2. To weaken an inhaling of a nut of fastening of a cogwheel 15 (see fig. Details of a drive of a camshaft) fuel pump.
3. A special stripper to shift a cogwheel 15 from a konusny part of a shaft of the pump.
4. To remove a stripper, to unscrew a nut of fastening of a cogwheel and to remove a wheel 15, to take out a shponka from shaft dredging.
5. To disconnect from the fuel pump топливопроводы. The pump of Bosch firm of a nut топливопровода and tubes usual plum of fuel of identical diameter, but on a nut of a tube of the return has plum rubber consolidation and on it there is «Out» inscription. This nut is not recommended to be changed.
6. To disconnect drafts of supply of fuel and the starting arrangement.
7. To unscrew three bolts of fastening of the pump 13 to an arm 14 and one bolt of fastening of the pump to a back arm 12.
8. To remove the pump.

The fuel pump of a high pressure is not subject to repair. In case of malfunction the pump to replace.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish the pump 13 on an arm 14 so that labels on an arm and the pump case coincided.
2. To wrap bolts of fastening of the pump to forward 14 and to back 12 arms and to tighten the moment of 25 N of m (2,5 кгс.м).
3. To insert a shponka into dredging of a shaft of the pump, to establish a cogwheel 15, to wrap a nut of fastening of a cogwheel the moment of 45 N · m (4,5 kgfs · м).
4. To connect топливопроводы, to tighten nuts топливопроводов the moment of 25 N · m (2,5 kgfs · м).
5. To turn a pump cogwheel so that the label on a wheel coincided with a label on an arm 14, as is shown in drawing.
6. To fix a cogwheel (2) fuel pumps of a high pressure, having screwed a special core (1) in a carving opening of a cogwheel, as is shown in drawing (3 – a forward arm of fastening of TNVD).
7. To unscrew on a half-turn a bolt of fastening of a cogwheel of a cam-shaft. To strike on a cam-shaft wheel with a rubber hammer, to weaken its landing.
8. To check, whether there is a piston of the first cylinder in VMT.
9. To put on a belt 6 of a drive of a cam-shaft and to pull it (see subitem 10–13 subsections 2.2.3).
10. To check and adjust the beginning of forcing of the fuel pump.
